1 May – 17 June 2012/A New Working Landscape/Rotsoord/Utrecht

Utrecht Manifest NO. 4, the biennial for social design presents:A New Working Landscape.
Utrecht Manifest has taken over the urban area Rotsoord, in Utrecht, with four main projects under the art direction of Jurgen Bey. With their open research process Studio Makkink & Bey, this year’s conceptual designers of Werkoord Rotsoord, have created designs suited for the ever changing social environment.

This years' biennial for social design examines supply and demand in Rotsoord, what is the taste of Rotsoord? How do knowledge and skills cross in Rotsoord and Rotsoord as food for discourse. Through May and June the public (consisting of local residents, businesses, policymakers, artists and other stakeholders) will be able to take part in the exhibitions, workshops and debates.
